What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

From 500 units per product (SKU). This makes us accessible for startups and test launches. For larger volumes (5,000+ units), we offer better per-unit pricing. MOQ applies to the finished product — if you need only bulk (unpackaged product for self-filling), we can discuss lower minimums.

How much does formula development cost?

Adapted formula (from our existing base library, customised with your active ingredients and fragrance): from €1,200. Fully custom formula (developed from scratch to your brief): from €3,500. These costs include initial samples and up to 3 rounds of modifications. Formula development cost is often offset against the first production order.

How long does it take from brief to finished product?

Adapted formula with standard packaging: 8–10 weeks. Custom formula with bespoke packaging: 14–16 weeks. Reorders (formula and packaging already established): 4–6 weeks. Testing (stability, safety assessment) runs in parallel with packaging development, so it does not add time to the critical path in most cases.

Can I receive samples before committing to production?

Yes — always. You will receive physical samples of the formula for evaluation (texture, fragrance, absorption, appearance). You approve the sample before any production begins. Sample cost depends on complexity (typically €200–500 for a set of 3–5 variants).

Do you handle CPNP registration?

Yes — full regulatory service included. CPNP notification, PIF (Product Information File), safety assessment, label compliance review. For non-EU markets (UK, Middle East, Asia), we adapt documentation to local requirements.

Are all products vegan and cruelty-free?

By default, yes. All our formulations are vegan (no animal-derived ingredients) and cruelty-free (no animal testing). We can provide certification if needed for your market or retailer (Vegan Society, Leaping Bunny).

Can you produce for markets outside the EU?

Yes. We currently export to: EU (all member states), UK (SCPN registration), Middle East (GCC compliance), selected Asian markets (ASEAN notification). We prepare export-ready documentation and can work with your local distributor or regulatory consultant for market-specific requirements.

Can I order bulk product without packaging?

Yes — we can supply bulk (finished cosmetic product in drums or IBCs) for clients who have their own filling and packaging capabilities. Lower MOQ applicable for bulk orders.
