Contract Manufacturing

From your idea to a finished product on the shelf

Contract manufacturing (private label / white label) means we produce cosmetics under YOUR brand name. You own the brand, the design, the marketing — we provide the formula, the production and the quality. It is the fastest, most cost-effective way to launch a cosmetics brand without building your own factory.

What we provide

Formula development. Our R&D team creates a custom formulation based on your brief — target skin type, desired texture, active ingredients, fragrance profile, price point. We can develop from scratch (fully custom) or adapt from our library of proven base formulas (faster, more affordable). You receive samples for approval before production begins. Iterations until you are 100% satisfied. Stability and safety testing. Accelerated stability testing (simulating 12–24 months of shelf life in 3–6 months), challenge testing (preservative efficacy), dermatological testing on volunteers, safety assessment by a qualified assessor (required by EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009). Regulatory registration. CPNP notification (mandatory for selling in the EU), Product Information File (PIF) compilation, label compliance review (INCI list, claims, warnings, batch coding). For non-EU markets: adaptation of documentation to local requirements (UK SCPN, GCC, ASEAN). Production. Mixing, emulsifying, homogenising — batch sizes from 50 litres (pilot) to 2000 litres (full production). Filling: tubes, bottles, jars, pumps, droppers, sachets. Labelling: self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeves, direct printing. Packaging and logistics. Secondary packaging (cartons, boxes, gift sets, display stands), palletisation, warehousing, delivery to your warehouse or directly to retail.
