Who we are
Equalan Cosmetics was born from a simple conviction: effective cosmetics do not need synthetic shortcuts. Nature provides an extraordinary toolkit of oils, extracts, butters and active compounds that — when formulated with scientific precision — deliver results that match or exceed conventional cosmetics. Our job is to bridge the gap between nature and science, creating bio-cosmetics that are safe, effective, beautiful and honest.
Our facility
We manufacture in our own production plant, certified to GMP ISO 22716 — the international standard for cosmetics good manufacturing practice. The facility includes a formulation laboratory (R&D), a microbiological laboratory, mixing and emulsifying equipment (from 50-litre pilot batches to 2000-litre production runs), filling and labelling lines (tubes, bottles, jars, pumps, droppers), a packaging and warehousing area, and a quality control department with full analytical capability. Everything from raw material intake to finished product dispatch happens under one roof — giving us full control over quality at every stage.
Our team
Cosmetic chemists and formulators (R&D — the people who create your product), production technologists (the people who scale it up from lab bench to factory floor), regulatory specialists (CPNP registration, safety assessment, PIF documentation, export compliance), quality control analysts (raw material testing, in-process checks, finished product release), packaging and design consultants (helping you choose materials, shapes and graphics that match your brand identity). We are a small, focused team — which means you work directly with the people who make your product, not with an account manager who has never seen the inside of the lab.
Certifications and standards
GMP ISO 22716:2007 — Good Manufacturing Practice for cosmetics. COSMOS Natural / COSMOS Organic — certified natural and organic cosmetics (available per product line). Ecocert — organic certification body. Vegan — no animal-derived ingredients (default for all formulations). Cruelty-Free — no animal testing at any stage. CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) — every product registered in the EU database before market placement. ISO 9001 — quality management system.
